Ingredients
- 1 pkg (255 g) Gardein™ Seven Grain Crispy Tenders
- 1 pkg (255 g) Healthy Choice® Mango Edamame Power Bowl
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) VH® Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) tahini paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups (1 L) mixed greens
- 2 tsp (10 mL) toasted sesame seeds
Directions

Step one
Prepare Gardein™ Seven Grain Crispy Tenders according to package directions.

Step two
Prepare Healthy Choice® Mango Edamame Power Bowl according to package directions.

Step three
In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, VH® Soy Sauce, tahini paste and garlic until smooth.

Step four
Divide greens and Mango Edamame Power Bowl between 2 bowls. Top with Crispy Tenders. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tips
- Add matchstick carrots and baby spinach to soup if desired.
- Substitute tamari sauce for soy sauce if desired.
