Ingredients
- PAM® Grilling Grill Spray
- 4 Gardein® Garden Veggie Burgers
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) VH® Mild Garlic Sauce
- 4 Udi’s Gluten Free® Whole Grain Burger Buns, split
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Basil Pesto
- 1 cup (250 mL) Cherry Tomatoes
- 175 g (6 oz) Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) Fresh Basil Leaves, torn
- 4 tsp (20 mL) Balsamic Glaze
Directions

Step one
Spray grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush veggie burgers with garlic sauce.

Step two
Grill burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until well-marked and heated through. Meanwhile, spray buns with grilling spray. Grill for 30 to 45 seconds or until grill marked and toasted.

Step three
Assemble burgers in buns with pesto, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Tips
Tip: Substitute thick slices of tomato for cherry tomatoes if desired.
