Step one

Prepare Gardein Crabless Cakes according to package directions. Let cool; cut into bite-size pieces.
Step two

In large bowl, combine Gardein Crabless Cakes pieces, VH Mango Chili Sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery and shallot. Season with salt and pepper.
Step three

Line each bun with lettuce leaf; divide Gardein Crabless Cakes mixture among buns. Garnish with chives; serve immediately.
