- 1 pkg (432 g) Duncan Hines® Classic White Cake Mix
- 2 pkgs (each a 3-pack; 19.5 oz) Snack Pack® Dragon Treasures Pudding, divided
- 3 egg whites
- 75 mL vegetable oil
- 750 mL corn flakes cereal
- 1 tub (397 g) Duncan Hines® Whipped Fluffy Vanilla Frosting, divided
- 2 mL black gel food colouring
- Gold and silver mist shimmering food colour spray

Step one
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line two 12-cup muffin pans with paper liners. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In large bowl, using handheld electric mixer at low speed, blend cake mix, 4 green pudding cups, egg whites and oil for 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter among muffin cups.

Bake for 16 to 19 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in centre of a cupcake comes out clean. Transfer cupcakes in their liners to wire rack and let cool completely. Use the end of a spoon to poke a small hole in each cupcake.

In large resealable freezer bag, add corn flakes cereal.

In small microwave-safe bowl, add 125 mL frosting. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in black food colouring. Pour frosting mixture into bag with corn flakes cereal; seal and shake to coat. Transfer to prepared baking sheet to dry.

Step six
In small resealable freezer bag, add 2 red pudding cups. Seal, cut off 1 corner and pipe pudding evenly into cupcakes.

Step seven
Decorate cupcakes lightly with remaining frosting and frosted corn flakes cereal. Spray shimmering food colour spray over cupcakes.
